Parking and Check-in:

Please note that the Quarry Amphitheater is approximately a 0.3-mile (about a 6-minute) walk from the parking areas. The path includes an uphill incline. Please allow sufficient time to arrive at the Quarry Amphitheater. You can follow the directional signs from the base of campus to the parking lots. Parking will be free at Hahn Parking Lot 101. For guests who need accessibility assistance, a disability van service will be available to transport individuals from Hahn Parking Lot 101 to the Quarry Amphitheater. Overflow parking will be available for free at the East Remote Lot once Lot 101 is full. Doors open at 4 p.m.

Food:

We will be serving food for our guests starting at 4 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. when the ceremony begins. We encourage you to arrive early. We will serve free tamales, pan dulce and refreshments starting at 4 p.m.

Community altar:

We encourage you to bring an ofrenda to add to the altar (pictures, food items, your loved ones’ favorite items, etc). Please don’t forget to pick up your items from the altar at the end of the event. You may bring candles, but will be unable to light them due to fire safety.

Please RSVP to indicate your attendance.
