DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, October 8\, 12:00 PM– 12:30 PM \nRegister for the Zoom link. \nDid you know that physical movement and cognitive training work together to reshape and strengthen your brain? In this session\, you’ll discover how physical exercise boosts brain elasticity and how cognitive training can build cognitive skills. \nThe Wellness in Action series is designed to help you improve your health in a short session with simple tips you can try in your own life. Take some time to put it in action in your own daily routines\, and come for the follow-up session two weeks later to reflect on what worked\, troubleshoot what didn’t\, and learn what’s working for others. \nRegister here for the Zoom link.
